****Newly Listed**** "Jam Pact" is a custom-built steel pilothouse trawler, featuring a hull crafted by the Offshore Steel Boat Company in Barton, England, back in 1991. Designed in the style of a North Sea trawler, this vessel was originally used in the commercial fishing industry in Europe. After being transported to the U.S., it was completed as a private yacht by its original owner. The boat underwent a comprehensive refit from 2006 to 2008, which included replacing the original Gardner 8L3B engine with a robust Lugger (John Deere) 400 hp diesel engine, currently with approximately 475 hours of use. The layout accommodates three staterooms and three heads, with a spacious salon accessible from the main deck, along with a galley and an elevated pilothouse.
