Introducing a 1989 Silverton 46 Aft Cabin, measuring 46 feet in length, equipped with twin inboard diesel engines (Detroit 671-11B J&T Conversion) that have 2250 engine hours. The boat features enclosed cooling systems, strainers, fuel filters, and engine alarms for optimal performance. Powering the vessel is a Kohler 12.5 KW generator with 2300 hours, complemented by two 8D batteries and one 27 series battery with a battery charger supporting both 12 VDC and 115 VAC systems. Lighting is provided by a single 50 AMP shore power connection. The mechanical setup includes four marine air reverse cycle units for heating and cooling, hydraulic steering, and a single-station flybridge. Safety is ensured with three bilge pumps and blowers. The salon is equipped with an ice maker (U-Line) and features an L-shaped sofa, a chair, and a table, all with a headroom of 6'10". A central vacuum system adds convenience. In the galley, located down below, you'll find a double sink, pressure water system, Kenmore refrigerator powered by 115 AC, a three-burner Kenyon stove, and a trash compactor, with a convertible dinette providing additional dining space. This boat accommodates up to eight people across three staterooms: a master stateroom with a queen berth at the aft, a forward stateroom also with a queen berth, and a third stateroom/office featuring bunks on the port side. There are two heads equipped with Vacu-Flush systems (forward and aft) and two shower stalls. The exterior features a canvas bimini top for the bridge with an enclosure, an aft deck enclosure made of black canvas, and a see-through windshield cover. Electronics include an Icom VHF radio, Icom 700 SSB, Glendinning engine sync, Ritchie compass, intercom, dual VHF antennas, a Navstar GPS, Raytheon radar, and Northstar autopilot. Deck and hull equipment consists of anchor lines, fenders, a Simpson windlass, a swim platform, boarding ladder, trim tabs, and a spotlight, along with a hardtop complete with an enclosure. Additional features include an oil change system, washer/dryer, and televisions. The boat has a 16' beam. Please note that the aft deck and bridge will be receiving replacement canvas and isinglass due to weather-related wear, with updated photos expected in spring 2025.
