This well-maintained 37' Aft Cabin is in excellent condition and has exclusively been used in fresh water. It boasts only 1,255 hours on its twin 7.4 MPI MerCruiser engines. Guests can unwind on the bench seat or the forward-facing sun lounger on the starboard side, all while enjoying the tinted aluminum-framed Venturi windshield for optimal visibility. The helm station is outfitted with burl instrument panels and backlit instrumentation, paired with a Raytheon electronics package that includes a VHF radio and Raydata multifunction instrument for depth, speed, and water temperature readings. Below deck, the spacious salon features an L-shaped sofa, a dining-cocktail table, and an entertainment center with a comfortable barrel chair and a built-in 20-inch color TV-VCR combo, along with a Clarion digital AM-FM cassette stereo. The L-shaped sofa includes an electrically operated slide-out bed for overnight guests, and the pedestal dining-cocktail table conveniently stores away when not in use. In the aft master stateroom, a queen-size bed with an innerspring mattress guarantees maximum comfort. Ample storage is provided by cedar-lined closets and a hanging locker with mirrored doors. The en suite head is equipped with a VacuFlush toilet, a Corian vanity with a sink, and a shower featuring a seat and bifold door. The forward stateroom includes a full-size pedestal bed, cedar-lined hanging lockers with mirrored doors, side shelf storage, and a privacy door leading to the main head. This head compartment contains a VacuFlush toilet, a molded vanity with a sink and Corian countertop, and a pullout shower wand. The port stateroom features a twin bed and built-in storage. The galley is well-equipped with a 7.4-cubic-foot refrigerator-freezer, a flush-mounted three-burner electric stove, and a microwave-convection oven.
