The R-31 CB boasts many of the beloved features found in her smaller sisterships, but with several impressive enhancements that make her perfect for extended cruising, all while remaining a trailerable trawler. This model is the first Ranger Tug to include a flybridge with electronic controls at both the upper and lower helm, which conveniently retracts for trailering. The foredeck is designed with versatile seating and a table that can be adjusted for entertaining whether you’re underway or anchored. With added seating on the flybridge and foredeck, the R-31 CB also offers a spacious cockpit area featuring wraparound seating and fold-out seats from the gunwale, allowing for an uncluttered space when not in use. Inside, the layout includes two staterooms: a generous island berth at the bow with an en suite head, and a midship berth with an additional day head. Familiar to Ranger Tugs enthusiasts, the galley and lower helm station are designed to optimize interior space, while a starboard side door facilitates easy access to the side decks for line handling at the bow. Like all Ranger Tugs, the R-31 CB comes essentially turnkey, equipped with standard features that ensure a hassle-free ownership experience and ease of handling. Standard equipment includes bow and stern thrusters, an optional aft steering station, and a powerful Volvo D4 300hp engine that offers a cruising speed of 16 knots.
