The President 42 Trawler combines timeless design, practical living spaces, and exceptional craftsmanship. With a reputation for quality, President, one of Taiwan's premier boat builders, has created a well-appointed vessel. The boat features a sea-friendly semi-displacement hull and a broad beam, providing stability and comfort. Inside, large salon windows and exquisite hand-rubbed cherry cabinetry enhance the luxurious feel. Entertainment includes a Samsung flat panel TV in the salon, while the galley is equipped with Corian countertops, a double stainless sink, a Norcold fridge/freezer, and a Kenyon electric stove top. Additional features include a newer Sunbrella bimini canvas, two 16k BTU reverse cycle AC units, Raymarine GPS multi-function displays, Hynautic hydraulic steering, Autohelm ST6001+ autopilot control, and an Icom IC-M502 VHF radio with a RAM mic. The upper station features Pompanette swiveling helm seats, a Ritchie compass, and Bennet trim tabs. The boat also comes with a Maxwell 12V electric windlass, a 45 lb CQR anchor with chain rode, and windlass controls at the helm. Having had only two owners and originally used lightly in the Chesapeake, this vessel received a fresh anti-fouling bottom job in 2023.
