Introducing the PDQ 36, now available with a transferable slip in Brunswick, GA! This boat is a fantastic opportunity that won't last long. It features recent upgrades including a brand new 1,100W solar panel system, with 400W over the dinghy and 700W on the Bimini, each equipped with its own Victron MPPT charge controllers. The lead-acid batteries have been replaced with a robust 560 Ahr LFP battery system, significantly enhancing the boat's balance by reducing weight at the stern. Additionally, two 230 Ahr batteries have been added for house use, along with a 100 Ahr battery that serves as a backup for the dinghy’s trolling motor. These LFP batteries have been smartly installed in previously unused space behind the chart table to improve stability. All wiring and electrical components have been thoroughly inspected and replaced where necessary, ensuring a streamlined and secure electrical system with proper circuit protection. New MPPT solar charge controllers, an AC battery charger, a BMV-712 battery monitor, and a 1,200W inverter system are included, all part of the Victron 'Smart' range with Bluetooth capabilities, designed for a lifespan of over 10 years. The boat is equipped with brand new bilge pumps and hoses for both hulls, offering a clean and efficient setup that surpasses the original factory design. A custom air-conditioning system allows for nighttime cooling on battery power with daily solar recharging, while a dehumidifier, microwave, and small induction burner operate seamlessly (one at a time). Additional features include upgraded fans, multiple outlets, and an improved fresh-water system with a new pump and expansion tank. All lighting has been upgraded to LED, and a grill has been installed on the aft rail. We have patched unnecessary holes from previous ownership and re-bedded any hardware that showed signs of leaking. Insulation has been added to the overhead cabin windows and portlights, significantly reducing heat gain. The vented LPG system includes two 20lb tanks, providing approximately two months of usage per tank. The Windrush comes with a Spectra water maker, new in 2019, which has been winterized and remains unused since we opted for free American water. The mainsail is in good condition, featuring full battens, a stack pack, and lazy jacks. The boat also boasts twin Honda 15hp engines, installed around 2019, with only 450 hours each, ensuring plenty of life left (they had 250 hours when purchased in 2022, and we have changed the oil every 50 hours). Additional features include an autopilot, a ~33lb Manson supreme anchor with ~85ft of chain and rode, a reliable electric windlass with helm controls, radar, and all systems functioning as expected, with the exception of minor noted issues. Also included is the Honda EU2000 Genset and a new headsail.
