The pilothouse is strategically placed forward, featuring a unique reverse-angled windshield that provides glare-free, commanding visibility. The covered Cal deck, situated between the cockpit and salon, offers a spacious area for relaxation and entertaining. The large cockpit serves multiple purposes, perfect for cruising, fishing, and accessing crew quarters and the engine room. The exquisite teak decking adorns both the Cal deck and side decks. KAI LANI's semi-displacement hull is designed for a smooth ride, with features like a deep forefoot for gentle entry into waves, bow flair to minimize spray, and hard chines for stability, supported by a hydraulic fin stabilization system. Docking is made effortless with a Dock Master handheld controller for engines, bow and stern thrusters, and the windlass. Inside, the traditional Monk layout showcases warm, inviting spaces with luxurious teak joinery and a satin finish. The aft salon flows seamlessly to the pilothouse windshield, featuring a spacious seating area that converts into a wet bar, leading to a modern chef's galley and a generous pilothouse area with a large dinette for entertaining. The helm is equipped with twin Stidd chairs and a comprehensive RayMarine navigation package. Access to the side decks is easy with doors on both port and starboard sides. Recent upgrades include new salon and pilothouse upholstery, teak and holly decking in the galley and pilothouse, a large Isotherm beverage cooler with ice maker, and fresh carpeting in the salon. Overnight accommodations include a full-beam mid-master, a port guest cabin with cross berths, and a forward island queen VIP.
