The MAKO® 284 CC is the ultimate fishing machine, designed for both marlin hunters in the Gulf Stream and mahi enthusiasts in kelp paddies. With an impressive 700 horsepower and a generous 228-gallon fuel capacity, it offers the range and speed to venture further and stay out longer. This boat is equipped for serious fishing, featuring spacious 390-quart fishboxes on both the port and starboard sides, an outrigger-ready fiberglass hardtop, and a fully functional bait station. Its construction quality is exceptional, utilizing 100% composite materials—the hull and deck are securely bonded and mechanically fastened every 6 inches with stainless steel fasteners. The molded, gelcoated stringer grid enhances the hull's durability for years of outstanding performance, all backed by MAKO Assurance, the industry's leading factory warranty. Additional features include a foam-injected hull with an integrated fiberglass stringer grid, a fiberglass leaning post with a backrest and storage, an outrigger-ready hardtop with rod holders and spreader lights, and an optional twin Mercury® 350 XL White Verado® with Joystick Piloting. Inside the console, you'll find a gelcoat-finished interior with a sink and battery switch panel, plus plenty of headroom at 6 feet (1.8 m). The oversized forward-console seat includes a storage compartment and two drink holders, while recessed electric trim tabs and non-skid surfaces throughout ensure safety and ease of movement.
