LLC Owned Moonraker is a remarkable vessel among the sixteen crafted by Hansa Yachts from 1987 to 1989, a shipyard celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship and materials. Designed by Tim King, the MacIntosh 47 is a swift offshore cruiser that offers a luxurious living space and ample fuel and water storage, making it ideal for global adventures. There are two newer freshwater heads, each with vanity sinks, and both wet and stall showers. The welcoming forward guest cabin features a Pullman queen berth to port and an additional single berth to starboard, while the electric dinette conveniently lowers to create another sleeping area. Moonraker also includes the comfort of central heating and air conditioning throughout. The engine room is easily accessible from the galley (to port) or the owner's head (to starboard). Engine specifications include a newer 75HP Yanmar Diesel Engine with just 300 hours (installed in 2020) and a Kohler Diesel 8Kw Generator. The deck and hull are equipped with an electric windlass, freshly primed and bottom painted (6/2024), a newer feathering prop, and all through-hulls inspected and replaced as needed (6/2024). Additional features include two new Jabsco electric freshwater toilets (11/2025), two new Lewmar 70 Oceanic series hatches (3/2026), solar panels (110w x 2), saltwater wash down, propane BBQ, cockpit table, cushions, shower, swim ladder, and a stainless steel outboard davit with electric outboard. A Rocna 33 Kg anchor and an emergency tiller complete the deck setup. For sails and rigging, the boat is upgraded to all rod rigging, equipped with a Genoa with roller furling, mainsail, additional self-tacking jib, and spinnaker, along with a hydraulic Nav-tech boom vang and backstay, plus six Lewmar self-tailing winches. On the electronics front, it features a newer Raymarine Axium chart plotter, a Raymarine navigation pod with autopilot, a Horizon VHF radio with AIS, Raymarine depth and speed instruments, a brass clock and barometer, and a Danforth compass. The electrical system includes a Xantrex Freedom XC Pro Marine 3000 watt inverter/charger, a Kohler 8KW generator, a comprehensive 12v/110v AC system with shore power, and two mounted 110 watt solar panels with a newer MPPT solar controller.
