The Luhrs 36 Convertible is a remarkable blend of innovation and classic design. Retaining its iconic lines and Carolina flair, the real advancements begin in the cockpit. Wide, molded steps lead from the cockpit floor to the flybridge, known as BridgeWalk steps, which offer excellent access both up and down, even in rough waters. These steps also incorporate an integrated, insulated cooler and a storage compartment ideal for docklines and electrical cords, all well-lit for nighttime use, making traditional bridge ladders a thing of the past. The flybridge boasts ample room for the latest electronics, with steering, controls, and instruments conveniently positioned for ease of use. A full half-tower comes standard, complete with mounting pads for radar and antennas, along with tackle drawers, a livewell, sink, rod holders, and washdowns. Even the fishbox and rocket launcher are included in this impressive setup. Unlike many convertibles that sacrifice salon space for staterooms, the designers at Luhrs have cleverly maximized the wide beam to create a spacious entertainment-sized salon alongside two private staterooms. The forward master stateroom is roomy, featuring two hanging lockers and plenty of drawers for storage, along with an innerspring mattress for a restful night's sleep.
