Before sale, each vessel undergoes a thorough inspection by certified Yamaha or Mercury technicians, ensuring that all onboard systems—including switches, lights, pumps, stereo, speakers, MFDs, and transducers—are tested and repaired or replaced as needed. The engines are fully serviced according to the latest manufacturer recommendations, and customers receive detailed engine diagnostic downloads and compression test results. For cosmetic enhancements, the hull sides and topsides are compounded and polished to eliminate any gel coat scratches or blemishes, and the bottoms are repainted with SeaHawk Monterey bottom paint. All through-hull and underwater hardware is cleaned and polished, while trim tabs are removed from actuators, cleaned, and reinstalled with new hardware. Interiors are deep-cleaned and polished, and each vessel receives a final detailed cleaning before pickup or delivery.
