Before delivery, each boat undergoes a thorough inspection by certified Yamaha or Mercury technicians. We check all onboard systems—including switches, lights, pumps, stereo, speakers, MFDs, and transducers—to ensure they are functioning properly and repair or replace them as needed. Engines are fully serviced according to the latest manufacturer guidelines, and customers receive detailed engine diagnostic downloads along with compression test results. For cosmetic reconditioning, the hull sides and topsides are compounded and polished to eliminate any scratches or blemishes. The bottom of the boat is repainted with SeaHawk Monterey bottom paint, and all through-hull and underwater hardware is cleaned and polished. Trim tabs are removed, cleaned, and reinstalled with new hardware. Interiors are thoroughly cleaned and polished, and we perform a final detailed cleaning before the customer picks up or receives their boat. While some wear on the powder-coated feet of leaning posts and hardtops, as well as on stainless steel rub rail inserts, may be visible, our aim is to present vessels in a condition as close to "like-new" as possible, considering they may have been used for up to three seasons or have accumulated as many as 800 engine hours.
