Before delivery, each vessel undergoes a thorough inspection by a certified Yamaha or Mercury technician. All onboard systems, including switches, lights, pumps, stereo, speakers, MFDs, and transducers, are tested, repaired, or replaced as needed. Engines receive comprehensive servicing in line with the latest manufacturer recommendations, and customers receive diagnostic downloads and compression test results. For cosmetic reconditioning, the hull sides and topsides are compounded and polished to eliminate any scratches or blemishes. The bottom is repainted with SeaHawk Monterey bottom paint, and all through-hull and underwater hardware is cleaned and polished. Trim tabs are removed, cleaned, and reinstalled with new hardware, while interiors are deep-cleaned and polished. Each vessel gets a final, detailed cleaning before pickup or delivery. Please note that some cosmetic wear may be present on the powder-coated feet of leaning posts and hardtops, as well as on stainless steel rub rail inserts. Our aim is to present the vessels in a condition as close to "like-new" as possible, taking into account up to three seasons of use and as many as 800 engine hours.
