Designed by Kadey-Krogen, the SeaDeck model of the Silhouette emphasizes a perfect blend of nautical functionality and innovative design, ensuring exceptional comfort, spaciousness, and performance. The SeaDeck Silhouette 42 was produced between 1987 and 1991, with a total of 12 hulls crafted. Upon boarding, you ascend two steps to the Control Deck / Pilot house, which features a comfortable outdoor dining area. This space includes a U-shaped settee, table, and wet bar, allowing guests to join the captain while cruising, all under a new canopy and windows that provide stunning 360-degree views. Descending four comfortable steps from the helm leads you to a bright midship salon, filled with natural light and refreshing sea breezes. Forward, you'll find a fully equipped galley to port and a head to starboard. The guest stateroom is situated at the bow, featuring a spacious double pullman berth to port and a settee to starboard, along with plenty of storage options. Moving aft and down a level, the Master stateroom unveils an inviting space with large windows to starboard and sliding teak and glass doors that open to a private SeaDeck. This luxurious retreat includes a walk-around double bed, a vanity, a private head with a tub/shower, and ample storage. From the enclosed cockpit, you can either enjoy the view or lower the transom to witness breathtaking sunrises over the calm waters. Additionally, there is a second access point to the Control Deck from the stern cockpit on the port side. The interior is elegantly finished with light ash (or teak) woodwork and mica veneers, complemented by an Aqua-Air AC / Reverse cycle heating unit. Both heads are equipped with Electric Par systems and Raritan Lectra/San waste treatment systems.
