This pristine freshwater boat is in like-new condition! The 40-foot Leader 12.5 boasts a versatile design, perfect for various activities above deck and a lower level that offers smart, comfortable space for overnight stays. This impressive vessel is the result of a collaboration between Sarrazin Design, performance experts at Michael Peters Design, and the seasoned designers at Jeanneau, featuring a Seakeeper for enhanced stability.

**HULL**: The Leader 12.5 showcases a distinctive hull crafted with advanced infusion technology. Its stringers and hull are molded as a single piece, maximizing fiberglass use while minimizing resin. With a deep-V hull design that features a sharp entry and a 21-degree deadrise at the transom, it includes two lifting strakes and a full-length spray-reducing chine for predictable handling and exceptional comfort in various conditions.

**MAIN DECK**: The main deck is designed for flexibility, featuring twin cockpits at the front and rear of the hardtop-protected helm console, providing ample options for seating, sunbathing, and dining in the open air. A wide walk-around deck on the port side leads to the forward cockpit, which features raised triple chaise lounge seating facing forward and additional bench seating in the bow. Options like a portable table and filler cushion transform this area into a private sun pad. Accessing the boat is easy via the starboard side entry door. The aft cockpit is packed with innovative features, including a spacious L-shaped lounge with a foldable backrest that converts into a cozy sun pad, along with a removable fiberglass table. An electric drop-down terrace enhances the entertaining space, complemented by a remote-controlled SureShade sun awning for full sun protection. The entertainment island adjacent to the helm seating features a complete cockpit galley, ideal for outdoor meal preparation, with a working countertop, electric grill, two sinks (optional or livewell), a 13-gallon fridge, and ample storage for kitchenware. For added convenience, options for a second fridge or an ice maker are available, along with an electric drop-down flatscreen for entertainment.

**LOWER DECK**: Below deck, the Leader 12.5 is equipped with a powerful 12,000 + 8,000 BTU air conditioning system, making overnight stays comfortable. The fully equipped galley includes a ceramic cooktop, fridge, optional microwave, and plenty of storage. The salon seating can easily convert into a king-size bed, and the owner's cabin amidships also features a filler cushion to create a full-sized king bed. To starboard, there is a spacious enclosed head.

**ENGINE POWER**: The boat is powered by triple 4.2-liter, 300-horsepower Yamaha V6 four-stroke outboards, known for their compact size, lightweight design, and powerful performance. This engine package allows for cruising speeds between 30 mph and 35 mph, with the ability to reach top speeds of 50 mph when conditions permit, all without the need for hull steps.
