The IP37, launched in 1995, succeeded the highly regarded IP 35. This model features a completely redesigned and larger hull, deck, and interior, with the most notable improvement being the relocation of the rack and pinion steering from beneath the helm seat to below the binnacle. This change greatly enhances movement around the cockpit. Sugaree's first owner invested in significant upgrades, including an inside-the-mast Charleston Spars Furling System for the mainsail, stylish 350-style sternrail seats, and much more. The current owners have taken her on memorable cruises to the Bahamas and are now ready for their next adventure.
