Accommodations: Starting at the front, you'll find a cozy pullman-style offset double bed with storage space both outboard and underneath. To the port side is a convenient hanging locker, while the enclosed head is located to starboard. Moving aft, the salon features a comfortable settee to port and an L-shaped convertible dinette to starboard, complete with a bulkhead-mounted table. Just two steps up leads you to the pilothouse, which includes a galley to port and a quarter berth to starboard. Please note, the interior cushions are currently being re-covered, and the teak and holly sole requires refinishing. For ventilation, there are three overhead hatches, four sliding side windows, and two opening ports. Galley and Head: The galley is equipped with a double stainless steel sink with cold pressure water and a foot pump, a three-burner propane gimbaled stove with an oven, and a large ice box. Additional features include an LPG control panel, a Dickerson Newport cabin heater, a Jabsco manual pump head, and a vanity sink with cold pressure water and a foot pump. Electrical: The electrical system includes three batteries, a 12V DC circuit breaker panel with a voltmeter, a 120V AC circuit breaker panel, a 30-amp shore power connection with cord, and two bilge pumps with both auto and manual modes. Electronics and Navigation: Onboard electronics feature a Furuno 1621 Mk 2 radar in the pilothouse, Garmin GPSmap 182 and 740s, a Raymarine ST60+ Depth/Speed/Trip Tridata, a Raymarine ST4000+ Autopilot, a Standard Horizon Eclipse VHF radio, a Sony AM/FM/CD receiver in the pilothouse, and Ritchie compasses in both the pilothouse and cockpit. Sails and Rigging: This masthead sloop rig comes with a running rigging that was replaced in 2016, a Harken Mk IV genoa furling system (2016), lazy jacks (2016), and a whisker pole. The cabin top features a Harken mainsheet traveler, alongside a Hood mainsail (2015) and a Hood genoa (2015). Winches include two Lewmar 40ST two-speed primary winches, a Lewmar 16ST cabin top mainsheet winch, a Lewmar 16ST halyard winch, and two Lewmar 7 single-speed halyard winches on the mast. Hull and Deck: The boat has a full keel with a skeg-hung rudder. The hull is painted white with blue deck accents and a boot stripe using Awlgrip (2014). The decks and nonskid surfaces were also painted in 2014, and the bottom was stripped and barrier coated the same year. Additional features include an anchor roller on the teak bow pulpit, a plow-style anchor with chain and rode, a Simpson Lawrence manual horizontal windlass, a bow rail, side stanchions with double lifelines, and blue canvas dodger, bimini, and sail cover (2016). The cockpit is outfitted with cushions and a table, a helm teak cockpit grate, a stern pushpit, a radar/antenna pole, a dinghy motor mount, a MOB module, and a transom-mounted swim boarding ladder. Mechanical Systems: The mechanical systems feature a fresh water cooling system, a new transmission from 2015, and a three-blade fixed propeller installed in the same year. Steering is provided by an Edson wheel in both the pilothouse and cockpit.
