A solid door leads into the cabin, where you’ll find a galley on the port side and a dinette on the starboard side that comfortably seats four and converts into a bed. Beneath the dinette is an additional berth, great for kids to use as a fort. The galley includes a two-burner propane stove and oven (never used), a small sink with pressurized hot and cold water, and a folding seat that extends counter space. Access to the sleeping area is through the fold-up dinette seat, where battery controls, a solar controller, and diesel heater controls are conveniently located. The helm seat transforms to facilitate dinette use, while the helm itself features a chartplotter/radar, thruster, autopilot, and engine controls, along with VHF radio, anchor, wipers, searchlight, and engine heating controls, all within easy reach. A few steps down lead to the main sleeping cabin, which includes a generous bed that allows easy access without climbing over one another. The cabin is well-lit with reading lights, overhead lights, two opening hatches, and four opening ports. Additionally, there’s a sink, microwave, and wall-mounted television. The bed converts into a dinette/table combo, and the head features a solid door, ventilation, and another sink, with a shower wand offering hot and cold water. The Cutwater 28 combines the amenities of larger vessels with a more manageable and fuel-efficient design. This boat also comes equipped with a newly installed generator. A prime upwind 30' slip in Santa Barbara Harbor is available for transfer at an additional cost.
