Introducing a classic 1964 Chris Craft Constellation, measuring 46 feet in length. This vessel is powered by twin 275 hp Lincoln 431 cid engines with approximately 1800 hours of use, featuring inboard and raw water cooling systems. Both engines were rebuilt at 1100 hours. It comes equipped with an Onan 7.5kw generator and a single 30 amp shore power service, complete with a shore power cord. The boat boasts five batteries and a battery charger that was replaced in 2016. For climate control, it has two Cruisair reverse cycle air conditioning and heating units. Accommodating up to six guests, it offers a master stateroom located aft with both single and double berths, along with an ensuite Vacu-flush head, vanity, and shower. The forward guest stateroom features twin berths, and the forepeak head has been converted into a locker. The salon is adorned with blue carpeting and elegant mahogany woodwork, featuring a full-size sofa, settee, teak coffee table, and a convertible dinette. The galley includes a single stainless steel sink, locker-style 120 VAC refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. Additional amenities include a VHF marine radio, depth finder, Impulse speed and temperature gauge, manual spotlight, bow pulpit, Ideal windlass, two anchors, and four fenders. The extended hardtop was rebuilt in 1998 and features white canvas with a full enclosure and hard lower wind skirting. A teak swim platform with a boarding ladder adds to its functionality. The seller has owned this beauty since 2005, and the price has been significantly reduced from $29,800 to just $14,800. Please note, the Chris Craft is being sold as is, currently on land, shrink-wrapped, and located on the St. Croix River in Minnesota, 16 miles north of the Mississippi. It will require relocation and launching by the new owner. For further information, feel free to reach out! Please be advised that while the company strives to provide accurate details, it cannot guarantee the condition of the vessel. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence.
