While she resembles a fairly standard aft-cabin design, she's built on a deep-V hull, which is unique for a motor yacht of this size. With solid fiberglass construction and wide chines, the 405/406 offers an extra lift typical of deeper-V hulls. Essentially, the 405/406 is an elongated version of Carver's earlier 370 Aft Cabin, primarily differing by the deep integral swim platform. Her interior includes two staterooms and a galley-down layout with double berths fore and aft, and a lower helm option is available.
