This boat is in immaculate condition! Every cushion is brand new, along with updated electronics, soft goods, and flooring. It comfortably accommodates six people across two staterooms: the master suite at the aft features a queen berth and a private head, while the guest stateroom forward also includes a head. The spacious salon and newly furnished dinette enhance the living area, complemented by a beautifully enclosed aft deck with a new hardtop and updated eisenglass, including the helm area. Additional features include a windlass, swim platform with ladder, new speakers, and all-new exterior cushions. The aft deck is furnished with a new settee and chair. All batteries were replaced in 2024, and forward window sun screens were updated the same year. The forward bilge pump was replaced in 2022, and aft deck screens were renewed in 2026. The salon couch and blinds were updated in 2022, and new LED lighting was installed in 2026. The galley is equipped with a Princess 3-burner stove and a Norcold refrigerator/freezer. The U-shaped dinette, which seats six and converts to sleep two, was reupholstered in 2022. A new 11-gallon hot water tank has been added. The aft cabin settee was also reupholstered in 2022, and custom-made curtains were installed in 2023. The Raritan head was replaced in 2025. The boat features a three-zone marine air conditioning system, with the aft unit newly installed and the others serviced in 2024. The flybridge has been reupholstered in 2023, and a new enclosure for the flybridge was added the same year, along with LED lighting on the aft deck in 2024. Navigational equipment includes a Garmin chart plotter, new radar and transducer from 2022, and a new VHF radio from 2024. The Starlink system will be installed in 2026. The port engine was replaced in 2019, and the starboard engine has 1100 hours on the Mercruisers 454 FWC 350 hp. The generator, with a soundproof cover, has 400 hours and was fully serviced in 2024.
