As you step on board CC & Water you are met with a spacious aft deck that features a large seating area and wet bar. The wet bar is laid out with an ice maker, beverage fridge and trash compactor great for extended trips away from the dock. There is an oversized stair set leading to the bridge with two bucket style helm chairs and a large L-Shape seat, you'll also find a nice car topper style rack for lashing down need supplies, life jackets and safety throws. As you enter into the salon you'll immediately recognize the 15ft 2in beam. There is a dual sofa recliner seat, large flat screen and tons of drawer storage. Forward you'll find a well laid out galley with a full sized fridge and freezer, directly to starboard is a large dinette. The V-berth is ample with a full sized walk around berth and ensuite head with a full standing shower. The master is aft and uses the full beam for a large stateroom and ensuite head also with a large standing shower. There is a washer dryer tucked into the cabinetry as you enter the master stateroom. 

This boat has been taken care of with the utmost of concern and is ready to take its next owner on the loop for a third time. A clean survey from September is available with an accepted offer.
