"Maggie Lee" is a 35-foot C & C Mark III racer-cruiser from 1987, featuring a centerboard with an overall length of 34’ 8”. The boat boasts a draft of 6’ 5” when the board is down and 4’ 2” when it’s up. Recently refurbished in July 2025, it has three professional coats of Awlgrip marine paint on the hull, boot, and cove stripe. Powered by a Yanmar 3 GM30F diesel engine with 24HP and 1,186 hours of use, it includes a new shaft seal, coupler, and rotor installed in June 2025. It is equipped with a Max Prop two-blade feathering propeller, a new Jabsco freshwater pump as of August 2025, a new starter from June 2024, and a new raw water pump from July 2024. The boat features a new Prosine 20 AMP two-bank battery charger along with two new 27 deep cycle batteries (July 2024). With a hydraulic backstay and inboard genoa tracks, it comes with a navy blue lazy bag and matching dodger added in 2022, as well as a Harken furler system and Navtec stainless steel rod rigging. The navigation is enhanced with a Garmin GPS chart plotter 4210 (10.4”) and an 18” Garmin HD radar (off the boat). The sailing gear includes Barient self-tailing winches and racing sails: a UK Tape-Drive Gold 97% #3 racing jib, an asymmetrical 16 ¾ inch sock, a 150% Mylar, and a 14 ¾ spinnaker. Additional features include a new Xantrex Freedom X 2000 inverter (12 V, new in the box), teak cockpit floorboards, a teak folding cockpit table with a drink holder, and Sunbrella navy blue cockpit cushions (new 2018).
