Introducing the 1999 Bertram 60 Convertible, freshly serviced and ready for your next adventure! Currently docked in Murrells Inlet for fishing, this vessel is now available due to a change in the owner's plans. This year, the boat has undergone significant upgrades and maintenance, including: a new 6-foot Garmin Fantom Radar, a full professional detail of the topside and hull sides, installation of a Garmin 8616 MFD, and a Garmin GXM54 Marine Weather/Satellite Antenna. The transducer has been upgraded and the bottom has been properly sanded and coated with two layers of Interlux bottom paint. The props have been removed, tuned, and treated with Propspeed, and the rudders have been serviced along with the hydraulic steering cylinder. The lazarette bilge area has been cleaned and painted, and all bilge pumps have been checked and replaced as necessary. Six new 8D batteries and a complete fuel polishing service have been performed, along with the installation of new anodes, freshwater pump, and AC water pump. Both main engines and generators received their 1000-hour service in spring 2022, ensuring peak performance. This Bertram 60 is powered by the desirable twin Caterpillar 3412 diesel engines, each delivering 1300 HP at 2300 RPM with low hours (2331 hours at listing). The serviced props and the Cat 3412 engines work in tandem with ZF BW190-A transmissions and 3" shafts to achieve a cruising speed of 27 knots at 1800 RPM, consuming approximately 80 GPH. Additional features include a spare set of props, an onboard fuel polisher, and an electric bow thruster, along with an electric stern thruster (currently inoperable). The electronics package boasts a new Garmin 8616xsv MFD, a Garmin GPS MAP 5215 multifunction display, upgraded sonar transducer, and a suite of navigation tools including Garmin Fantom radar, GXM54 antenna, Simrad AP21 autopilot, Furuno RD30 digital depth sounder, and dual Icom VHF radios. Inside, the boat features a 3-stateroom, 3-full bathroom layout with a full-size refrigerator and complete galley (Optional Arrangement Plan A2). The interior is in near pristine condition, showcasing the meticulous care it has received. Recent upgrades include a new refrigerator, new flooring in the salon and hallway, and new carpet in the master suite.
