Bertram 28 Flybridge 1990

This is a unique chance to own a meticulously maintained 1990 Bertram 28, continuously upgraded by its original owner. The flybridge features a center helm seat, alongside a passenger seat to port and a bench seat to starboard, making it a sought-after configuration available only in the final production years. Significant upgrades include: 2016 - Installation of two oversized Bertram rudders for enhanced single-engine performance, a 242-gallon aluminum fuel tank positioned in the original epoxy tank's place, new bulkhead glass work in the engine compartment, Crusader 5.7 MPI engines with ZF 630A transmission, updated Murphy digital gauges, and a new battery charger. The marine head has been replaced with a freshwater feed system. 2018 saw the addition of two new water tanks. In 2019, a new four-sided enclosure was added. 2020 improvements included a Garmin 1242 XSV touchscreen GPS/Plotter with depth finder and HD radar. In 2021, two new mufflers were fabricated to match the original Bertram design. Recent 2023 enhancements feature a Fly Bridge Seadeck. Looking ahead to 2024, the boat will receive two new stainless steel shafts, two couplers with cutlass bearings, two new rudder bearings, and two new Tides Marine dripless shaft seals.
