Te Tiare is a meticulously maintained 2013 Beneteau Oceanis 41, proudly owned by an LLC. This stunning vessel features a versatile two-cabin, two-head layout with a 'Butler's Pantry' storage area instead of a port guest cabin, all adorned with elegant Alpi-Mahogany wood finishes. The current owners have invested significantly in updates, bringing her close to like-new condition. Highlights of her extensive features and improvements include a brand new Neil Pryde battenless mainsail (late 2023), a new Neil Pryde partial battened furling mainsail and 104% jib (also new late 2023), and a refurbished in-mast furling drum by US Spars (2024). She boasts all-new running rigging (2023/24) and electric primary winches with a two-speed Harken system. The bottom was freshly painted in January 2025, and she has a deep draft bulb keel with a 7' 2" draft. Recent updates include new rudder bearings (2023), an extra fresh water tank (standard 98 gallons plus an optional 53 gallons for a total of 151 gallons), and a new Flex-o-Fold 3-blade folding propeller (2023). The cockpit teak was freshly cleaned and re-sealed in April 2025. Additional features include an electric cabin-top halyard winch, a double bow-roller with bob-stay, spinnaker gear (halyard, sheets, blocks, and tack line, but no sail for 2024), a wireless remote control for the autopilot, a Simrad Fusion Bluetooth stereo with external speakers, a 2000-watt Mastervolt inverter, and adjustable genoa tack leads. Three new Spinlock clutches on the cabin-top (2023) and a new one for the jib halyard on the mast (2023) enhance functionality. A galvanic isolator was added in 2023, along with a new Jabsco manual toilet in the aft head (2023) and serviced refrigerator and freezer (2023). A new propane regulator and gauge were installed in 2024. Safety gear includes four fire extinguishers, a fire blanket, air horns, a horseshoe lifebuoy, two smoke/CO detectors, and 12 Type II PFDs, all new for 2023/24.
