Starting at the front, this boat features a forward berth with an extension at the back and a convenient storage locker. Moving to the salon, you'll find comfortable seating on both the port and starboard sides, centered around a folding table. At the rear of the cabin, the galley is located on the port side, providing access to the full berth, while the head is situated on the starboard side. The engine access is conveniently located at the centerline. In the cockpit, there's U-shaped seating that leads to the centerline platform. This boat has an interesting history. It was purchased new in 2000 in Maryland, where it was regularly sailed by its original owner with a sailing club. After his passing, it was inherited by his nephew and relocated to South Carolina, where it currently resides. At one point, while docked at a marina along the coast, the aft stay loosened, causing the mast to fall and break at the spreaders. This has been professionally repaired and sleeved, but the mast has not yet been reinstalled, as the boat is currently in a freshwater marina where it cannot fit under a bridge with the mast up. Please note that the ProFurl track system will need replacing. The boat can be used as is with the old mast or equipped with a new one, which is reflected in the asking price. The mast is stored offsite.
