"Arcadia" is a meticulously crafted 48-foot Aquila power catamaran featuring four cabins and four heads, tailored to meet the specific needs of her original owner. This unique vessel has been enhanced at the factory to accommodate a 17.8-foot Hell's Bay Boatworks professional flats skiff or a similar craft at her stern. Additionally, she carries a 13-foot AB hard bottom inflatable tender securely hoisted on a davit above. Unlike the standard Aquila 48, "Arcadia" boasts custom modifications that extend her hulls for improved flotation and lift, allowing her to support the additional weight of both the skiff and tender. The hydraulic system and swim platform have been expertly engineered, featuring an enlarged lift platform deck and specially designed mounts that provide clearance during the deployment and retrieval of the skiff. Custom rolling and removable support chocks have been installed, which can be easily taken out and replaced with elegant teak panels to conceal the support hardware. Together with three 12-inch Accon pop-up cleats along the aft edge of the platform, this creates a clean, unobstructed space that doubles as an expanded swim platform when the skiff is not in use. "Arcadia" is equipped with numerous upgrades and comes with a comprehensive inventory of spare parts for the engines, generator, electrical components, lighting, and various onboard pumps.
