The Albin 28 Tournament Express is powered by the formidable 300HP Peninsular Diesel 6.5L engine, affectionately nicknamed 'The BEAST'. As the original model in the Albin Tournament Express series, this boat is renowned for its robust construction, making it a popular choice both as a family cruiser and a fishing vessel. Crafted to meet the high standards of offshore and inshore anglers, it also boasts amenities that enhance weekend family outings on the water. Fisherman-friendly features include spacious side decks, a generous cockpit, a baitwell, rod storage racks, a swim platform, rod holders, and tackle drawers. The expansive cockpit provides ample space for fishing or entertaining guests. The helm station, equipped with a pedestal seat on the starboard side, is complemented by a companion seat to port. Inside, the cabin features a large forward berth that easily converts from a sleeping area to a dinette. The galley is equipped with a sink, stove, microwave, and refrigerator, while the enclosed head compartment on the starboard side includes a sink, marine head, and shower. Additionally, there is a double berth located aft of the galley on the port side, allowing the boat to comfortably sleep four. This Albin 28TE will soon be equipped with air conditioning and a windlass, which are not currently installed.
