Built for the rugged demands of walleye and musky country, the all-new VS1780 delivers big water comfort and legendary Ranger performance in a price-conscious aluminum design. Touting even more advantages in its precision welded, wood-free construction, the ultra-quiet 1780 is engineered with upright, level flotation and a solid one-piece-feel. The deeper V hull is patterned for smooth handling and an exceptionally smooth, dry ride. Coupled with a 24 gallon fuel capacity placed on the centerline, this rig is fast on plane with optimum tracking and responsive boat control. The 17' 8' length is rated for 90 to 135 horses and the aluminum transom features our exclusive, pultruded fiberglass reinforcement. Inside, the Deep V design includes a wide open layout with a world of room for rods and gear. Three seat positions on the front deck emphasize the 1780's versatility while the spacious layout is built for quick, easy movement bow-to-stern. Available as a single or dual console model with low profile or walk-thru windshields, the cockpit is equipped with the added strength, quality, and good looks of a custom fiberglass console(s). The dash is factory rigged with a full complement of instrumentation and there's plenty of space for flush mounting large-screened electronics.
