The ACCOMMODATIONSILEX model is a 3-cabin Pullman layout, featuring a double berth in the master cabin to port with ample storage in the form of hanging lockers and drawers. The master head with separate shower is also located in the forward section, along with a CORIAN counter and laminated teak and holly cabin sole. The salon boasts comfortable blue ultra-leather seating, convertible dinette, and a WEEMS & PLATH brass clock and barometer. The galley, located aft to starboard, includes a PRINCESS 3-burner propane stove and oven, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, and ample storage. In the cockpit, there is a dodger, bimini, and filler with side enclosures for protection from the rain, as well as cockpit cushions, a cockpit table with storage, and teak companionway boards. The solid hand-layered fiberglass hull with a structural grid, vinylester resin barrier coat, and white gelcoat finish, is complemented by a deep elliptical rudder and fin keel. Other features include a MAXWELL electric windlass, dual anchor bow configuration, and a walk-through transom with boarding platform and storage lockers. The engine and power train consists of a 54 HP YANMAR diesel engine with 1,040 hours, a 3-blade Max-Prop, and PSS shaftseal (2021). The electrical system includes 110 AC and 12-volt DC, three batteries, and a XANTREX charger. Electronics and helm instrumentation include a RAYMARINE C80 chartplotter with radar, ICOM M422 VHF radio, RAYMARINE autopilot, and RAYMARINE ST60 depth/speed/wind instruments. Sails and rigging include a ROLLY TASKER mainsail and jib (both Dacron, 2014), DOYLE asymmetrical spinnaker with gear, and a FORESPAR whisker pole. Other optional equipment includes a GARHAUER OB lifting crane, FAIRCLOUGH winter cover, 10' AVON Rover Air dinghy, 5 HP Mercury outboard, dock lines, and fenders.
