This is a 1997 Summerset with a 2021 90 hp. It was originally commissioned as a rental at Seven Points marina however, after an overhaul it is showing near new. This boat went back to summerset for basic comsmetic overhaul in 2019 and returned near new. The roof, wall panels, electical panels were all updated. The generator and windows are newly replaced. There is a slip available for leasing however, it is temporary. The boat will need to move to another location within the marina when something becomes available.
