Upon entering the salon, the Nav Station can be found to port, with a single settee located forward on the same side. The galley is situated in front of the settee to port, while the opposite side features an L-shaped settee and a drop leaf table. The head is located forward on the starboard side, accessible from both the cabin and the forward berth. Speaking of which, the forward berth is positioned to port and includes a hanging locker and a dresser on the starboard side. On the electronic side, there is a Garmin radar/plotter at the helm, a Raymarine autopilot in the cockpit, a Garmin depth gauge and wind instrument in the cockpit, a Raymarine plotter at the Nav Station, and a Standard Horizon Matrix VHF at the Nav Station with a remote in the cockpit. The vessel also offers a 120V/12V AC and DC power system with the electrical panel easily accessible at the Nav Station. The sailboat is equipped with a 5-year-old Doyle mainsail, a free-standing wishbone cat rig, and an electric Harken Unipower 900 self-tailing primary winch on the port cabin top for effortless sail raising. Additionally, there is a Barient #17 self-tailing winch on the starboard cabin top in the cockpit, and a Barient #22 winch on the starboard side for additional control. To make handling ropes even easier, the boat features Spinlock rope clutches. This vessel has recently undergone upgrades and maintenance, including a fresh 2021 hull painting, new WJ Mills interior cushions in 2022, a 2020 exhaust elbow replacement, and a 2022 replacement of the folding propeller. The electricity on board is powered by two 3-year-old house gel batteries and one 3-year-old starter gel battery. And for added convenience, the sailboat also includes a propane hot water heater, a stove/oven, and a control switch and sniffer for the propane system, located under the stove/oven and interlocked for safety.
