The Vision 444 is equipped with a 24V DC house battery bank consisting of Victron Lithium-ion batteries totaling 800 amps, arranged in two units under the saloon seats. The diesel propulsion engines contribute to charging the house bank while in operation, providing 24V at 90A each (180A combined) through dedicated high-duty cycle alternators. This setup allows for AC load capability without draining the house bank when the engines are running. Each engine is fitted with a 12V starter system that powers blowers for engine bay heat removal. The 24V DC house battery bank powers the entire boat except for AC loads, including optional extras such as an ice maker, washer-dryer, water maker, air conditioning, and induction stovetop.
