Creating a quieter ride while underway improves the insolation of fish or cooler boxes and enhances overall safety. Hull ConstructionHulls and decks are gel coated, then a vinyl ester barrier coat is sprayed on all hulls to prevent osmotic blistering from the waterline down. We also gel coat all capping knuckles and hull sides to enhance the profile.Stringer SystemWe have an individual, one-piece finished and gel-coated stringer system for each model. The stringer system is attached to the hull with Methacrylate for a strong chemical bond.
