'(This houseboat features an aluminum hull and is equipped with twin Volvo Penta engines - Port-AQ 145 with 756 hours and Starboard-AQ 131 with a newer motor and approximately 300-350 hours. It also has two fuel tanks totaling 150 gallons, two poly fresh water tanks totaling 144 gallons, and two poly waste tanks totaling 135 gallons. The boat has a Xantrex Pure-sine wave inverter with 6-6 volt batteries installed in 2013, as well as new bilge pumps and a 10 gallon water heater installed in 2018. The Kohler 7.3 generator was installed in 2017 and has 1052 hours on it. The galley and salon area includes a Frigidaire refrigerator, Mainstay microwave, and Brown 4 burner gas stove with oven installed in various years. The flooring in the galley and salon is wood, and there is a stainless steel sink, Hitachi 32' TV, and a stereo system with speakers throughout the boat on a 5 zone control with Bluetooth. The head has been completely renovated with a new shower surround, vanity, and bamboo flooring in 2012. The boat also has bunks in the hallway, a queen master with two closets, and a spacious slide with water capabilities. Outdoor amenities include a grill with a griddle, swim ladder, and two kayaks (one adult, one child). Other features include a depth finder, VHF radio, smoke and CO2 detectors, a queen-size mid rise air mattress with a built-in pump, a heated mattress pad for the master bedroom, as well as space heaters and box fans. The front enclosure has been extended to provide more space. The roof has been recently repaired and recoated, and the upper rear deck was extended in 2017. The outdrives have been serviced in 2018. The main bedroom and bathroom were completely gutted in 2012 and the starboard galley cabinets were reconfigured with a new countertop in 2014. This boat also comes with a transferable slip, subject to the marina's approval.'
